This Privacy Policy explains how Koora Live ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information — such as your name, email address and profile photo, if you sign in (including via Google or Apple sign-in).
• Usage data — pages viewed, matches followed, predictions made, and general interaction with the app, collected automatically via Firebase Analytics.
• Device & diagnostic data — device model, operating system version, app version, language and crash/performance logs.
• Push notification tokens — used via Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you match alerts and updates you opt into.
• Content you provide — comments, votes, predictions and messages you submit through the app, including anything you send us via the Contact Us form.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service (live scores, standings, predictions, notifications).
• To personalize your experience, such as favorite teams, leagues and language/timezone settings.
• To send push notifications you have opted into.
• To monitor and improve app performance and fix bugs.
• To respond to support requests sent to us.
• To show advertising, as described below.

3. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display banner, native and rewarded ads. AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) and other data to serve and measure ads, which may be considered "sale" or "sharing" of information under some regional privacy laws. You can control ad personalization and reset your advertising ID from your device's privacy settings. See Google's advertising policy for details.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Google AdMob — advertising.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the service providers listed above (to operate the app), or when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see below).

7. Your Choices & Rights

• You can disable push notifications from your device settings.
• You can limit ad personalization from your device's ad settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
